These terms cover your use of AdmitMe (the website, the app and related services). By creating an account or using AdmitMe you agree to them. If you are under 18, use AdmitMe with a parent or guardian’s permission.
1. What AdmitMe is
AdmitMe is a preparation and guidance platform for WAEC, JAMB UTME, Post-UTME screening and university admission in Nigeria. It offers practice questions, mock tests, performance analytics, an AI tutor, admission information, a community and student services.
2. AdmitMe does not guarantee admission or results
Nothing on AdmitMe is a promise of admission, a score, or an official decision. Admission is decided by JAMB (through CAPS) and by each institution. Cutoffs, requirements, formulas and dates change every session; AdmitMe shows what we have verified, marks what we have not, and can still be wrong or out of date. Always confirm with the official JAMB and institution sources before you act.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms, cheat, harass others or abuse the service.
4. Fair use of practice and mocks
Practice questions, mock papers, explanations, syllabus material and study guides on AdmitMe are for your personal preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute them. Where a question is an official past question, its rights belong to the examining body; AdmitMe’s own questions and explanations belong to AdmitMe. The AI tutor is blocked during live mock sessions; attempting to bypass that or automating answers is a breach of these terms.
5. AI tutor
The AI tutor is a learning aid. It can make mistakes and must not be treated as an official source for exam or admission facts. Free and Premium accounts have daily message limits. Do not use it for anything other than schoolwork, study skills and admission guidance.
6. Community
Be honest and kind. Do not post exam leaks, “expo”, personal details of others, spam or abuse. Moderators may hide or remove content and warn or suspend accounts; you will be told the reason. What you post may be seen by other students.
7. Premium, payments and refunds
- AdmitMe Premium is a single plan for the period and price shown on the Premium page at the time of purchase (currently twelve months for one payment). There is no monthly plan. Payment is processed by Paystack; AdmitMe never sees your card details.
- Premium starts when payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the paid period. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew. A renewal adds to the end of your current period.
- What Premium includes is listed on the Premium page; features available on the free plan stay free. We may improve or replace Premium features over time; the limits that apply to your account are shown in the product.
- Refunds are considered case by case (for example duplicate payments or a fault on our side). Contact support with your payment reference; the refund policy has the details. A refund ends the Premium period it paid for, and any referral earnings linked to that payment are reversed.
- Payments confirmed by bank transfer are activated by our team after the transfer is verified; contact support with the reference if it has not appeared.
- Student services (registration help, application review) are quoted before any payment and delivered as described in your request thread.
8. Referral programme
Referral earnings are a share of qualifying Premium payments made by people you refer, subject to a hold period, review and the programme settings shown on your Referrals page. Self-referral, fake accounts or fraud void earnings. Payouts are made by bank transfer after review.
9. Content and rights
AdmitMe’s design, code, original questions, explanations and study material are protected. Third-party content (official syllabi, past questions, prescribed texts) remains the property of its owners and is shown only where AdmitMe has the right to do so, or as metadata with links to official sources.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep AdmitMe available and fast, especially on slow networks, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, limits and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AdmitMe is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information in the app, from interruptions, or from decisions you take about exams or admission. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
