Frequently asked

Account

What is AI Plus?
Everyone gets 10 AI Tutor messages a day for free. AI Plus raises that to 30 a day for a small one-off payment (see the AI Plus page for the current price). It never renews by itself, and Premium already includes it.
Is AdmitMe free?
Yes. You can create an account, practise daily, read news and use the AI tutor for free. Premium removes limits and adds deeper tools.
Can I prepare for more than one exam?
Yes. Choose every exam you are sitting during onboarding, or add one later from Profile.

Practice

Are the practice questions real past questions?
AdmitMe questions are original, built from analysis of historical exam patterns, recurring topics and each exam's question style. Where official material is licensed, it is labelled as such. We never present generated questions as official past questions.
Why are weak topics not showing yet?
Weak topics are flagged only after enough attempts in a topic to be confident, usually ten or more. Keep practising.

Premium

How long does Premium last?
Twelve months from the day your payment is confirmed. There is one plan only, paid once. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. Renew from the Premium page when it ends.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Premium is a single yearly payment. Where you see a per-month figure it is only a comparison of what the year works out to.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered case by case, for example a duplicate payment or a fault on our side. Contact support with your payment reference. A refund ends the Premium period it paid for, and referral earnings linked to it are reversed.
What if I paid by bank transfer?
Send support your transfer reference. Once the payment is confirmed, Premium is activated on your account and you get a notification.

Referrals

When can I withdraw referral earnings?
After the 14-day hold, once your available balance reaches the minimum payout. Withdrawals are reviewed before payment.

Data

Is admission information official?
Every requirement, cutoff and screening detail shows a status. Only items marked Verified were checked against the institution's official publication for that session. Sample data is clearly labelled.
Does the Admission Predictor guarantee admission?
No. It compares your aggregate with recorded cutoffs using the institution's published method where available. Institutions make admission decisions.
